How It Works

The FLEXVERSE® swell bar is made of an engineered TPE hydrophilic compound added to a polymer or bentonite base. On contact with water, it expands uniformly at a controlled rate, sealing the construction joint against water ingress and creates a watertight system that remains potent even in the smallest penetrations.

Why It Lasts

When no longer in contact with water, the compound shrinks back, regaining 80–90% of its original size. Unlike single-use clay or rubber alternatives, the FLEXVERSE® TPE compound withstands repeated wet-dry cycles over the long term without losing its performance or integrity.
